Pipe Designed for Fittings
Interstate Plastic manufactures SIDR pipe to ASTM D-2239, an inside-controlled specification. For any given nominal size, the inside diameter is identical across all pressure ratings. This means a single set of insert fittings works with every pressure rating you stock — no matter whether you're installing 100 PSI or 250 PSI pipe.

General purpose. NSF-14 and NSF-61. Ships from stock.
Blue
Potable water ID. NSF-14 and NSF-61.
Purple
Reclaimed water. NSF-14 only. Required by code in many areas.
Green
Sewer and irrigation. No NSF certification.
Grey
Wire-in-pipe applications. No NSF certification.
